Life is full of challenges and it is easy to feel stuck or without purpose.
In order to succeed in attaining the quality of life you want, you need to do more than cope, but thrive and learn new coping skills.
DON’T LET MOOD SYMPTOMS OR ANXIOUS THOUGHTS ROB YOU OF THE LIFE YOU WANT AND DESERVE
You need to believe the you have the capacity to thrive in spite of circumstances. To be able to set meaningful goals in line with your values and regain a sense of purpose and direction with actionable coping skills.
My name is Patrick Martin, a licensed therapist. This site was created with both the practitioner, the consumer and just plain curious in mind. Here you will find a range of resources and information around mental health coping skills, from blogs, podcasts and video tutorials, to practical advice, resources, tools and their application.
Personal development has intricate and multifaceted challenges that intrude and threaten quality of life. As a fellow human, with unorthodox origins, I have navigated my own multitude of obstacles and learned effective coping skills the hard way.
I have the experience and knowledge to guide you towards realizing and actualizing your goals, with actionable coping skills.
I am here to guide you in learning new tools to do more than cope, but to thrive.
