My interest in providing psychotherapy using mindfulness as a foundation developed from my over a decade-long career of providing counseling and case management to people from all backgrounds. Through this work, I found a common thread that all of the people I encountered (including myself) were struggling with. A lack of awareness and an inability to truly be in the moment. Putting these tools into practice in my own life has truly opened my eyes to the healing powers of mindfulness and meditation and has fueled my passion as a clinician to provide my clients with this powerful and life-changing tool.
